Deangelo Williams on Waivers

I have the #3 waiver and I put in a claim for williams. Maybe its a dumb question but should I bother? this guy has been a bust. Do I hold the waiver in case one of my top players go down so I can be #1 to pick them up? How about Tamme, is he work my #3 claim (Williams might not even fall to me)

This is a 12 team league. My roster is below. On paper it already looks sick...

QB Michael Vick (Phi - QB)
QB Kyle Orton (Chi - QB)
WR Miles Austin (Dal - WR)
WR Hakeem Nicks (NYG - WR
WR Vincent Jackson (SDG - WR)
WR David Gettis (Car - WR)
WR Mike Wallace (Pit - WR)
RB Adrian Peterson (Min - RB)
RB Arian Foster (Hou - RB)
RB Darren McFadden (Oak - RB)
RB Pierre Thomas (NO - RB)
RB C.J. Spiller (Buf - RB)
RB Donald Brown (Ind - RB)
TE Brent Celek (Phi - TE)
IR Dallas Clark (Ind - TE)
K Dan Carpenter (Mia - K)
DEF Tennesee (Tenn - DEF)

I think I'd rather have Tamme than Celek...that's just me though. Not sure I'd want Williams with how he's been this year, and your RB's seem off the hook for a 12 teamer! How many do you start? If it's 2 like normal there's no need to pick up Deangelo...good luck and help me if you can...thanks!

I start 1 QB, 3 RB, 2 WR 1 TE,k DEF. I think Tamme is a good pickup, I am just not sure I want to waste my #3 claim on him. Whereas Williams was a 2nd round pick who can start and give big numbers.

Anyone else?

Unclear on what you're starting here... I like Williams in a couple weeks, though that's just a hunch based on the fact that he's a stud and I think Carolina has to put it together at some point.
