My TO for his Forte/Crabtree...WHIR

Postby nhgent » Wed Nov 03, 2010 9:24 am

I'm in a 14 Team league with 1/2 point per reception. Interested in your thoughts on the following trade:

I give TO
I get Forte & Crabtree

My current RB's are Jahvid Best, Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas, & Reggie Bush
My Current WR's are Andre Johnson, Wes Welker, Jabar Gaffney, Patrick Crayton, & Eddie Royal

I never like to give up the best player in a deal (I give TO a slight edge over Forte, based on latest production), but feel I might need to make this trade for the betterment of my overall team.

What do you think?? Leave a link and I'll help you.

I would do this trade. I think adding Forte to your running backs is a big upgrade and I think you have the depth at wr to let T.O. go.

Definitely I would do this, losing TO isn't going to do much damage to your WR core, while receiving Forte should be a huge upgrade to your RBs.

This, Crabtree is pretty decent now + Forte is a big boost.

Thanks for the help on mine.

Yeah, I think this one is pretty much a no-brainer. Do it.

this seems like a really good deal for you. ;-D

Forte has value in PPR leagues, and I'm still sticking with Crabtree in one of my leagues. It seems like he gets better each week so I'm hoping he'll have a solid 2nd half.

thanks for your help on mine.

Thanks for the help man...I've gotta agree with the rest of the posters in saying that this will work out for you, or should at least. You have good WR depth and need some help at RB...go for it, thanks & I got Tamme for Meachem...we'll see if it pays off! Thanks again... ;-D

I think the PPR makes forte worth it. Hopefully Troy smith can get crabtree the ball.
