oh please help!

my league has an aweful waiver wire. Ive been trying to pick people up for 8 weeks now and keep getting the shaft. Im only 5-3 and some how im too good to pick people up. I need a Defense because i have dallas and they suck. This is all thats left in my 12 man league. Eagles(playing indy), browns, chargers, dolphins,panthers, and bengals... all have crappy matchups. What do i do?
