which RB from waiver wire?

I'm wanting to drop D. Branch for an additional RB, but don't know if any of the RBs on waiver line are worth picking up. I am concerned with Torain's injury/Portis's return also.

Currently
RB: Tomlinson, Ray Rice, Torain
WR: Ward, Austin, Garcon, Colston, Branch

RBs on waiver wire:
Tolbert, G-Ellis, B. Jackson, M. Bush, Moreno, Snelling, Blount, Wells, Lynch, Portis, B. Jacobs

sidenote, what do you guys think about picking up Sydney Rice now?
