So with Palmer having a sub par season and Romo going down... (my non fantasy football half is liking this ) but anyways, I'm starting to wonder if for this week or weeks farther along if I should pickup/start one of these guys over Palmer. If you had a Choice who of these QB's would you start this week?

Palmer vs Pit
Henne vs Balt
Freeman vs Atl
or
Mark Sanchez vs Detroit
