its not a bad trade but i dont see that much of an upside that would interest you in messing with your close to first team... you are close to first so your team is doing fine.. you dont need to be the 1 seed all you gotta do is make the playoffs.. he obviously sees something in his favor, if your looking to make a move, counter offer for someone better on his team, or you give a little less than nicks maybe?

I really don't like this trade for you. Do NOT do it. Plain and simple. McFadden is lights out right now, Bush is also playing well, and Nicks is arguably the #1 fantasy wr this year.
