Drop McNabb as backup QB?

Postby Jude » Wed Nov 03, 2010 8:14 pm

Should I drop McNabb for another QB?

There are a lot of interesting names available in my league including Sam Bradford, Josh Freeman, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Vince Young, Matthew Stafford to name a few. Week 10 will be tough for me, Rivers, Jankowski, Brandon Jackson and Malcolm Floyd all have byes... I'll have to pick up a kicker, not sure who to drop for that.

I prefer Freeman to McNabb. He's surrounded by decent talent, and even though he won't throw three TD's every game, he makes up for it partially by rushing for 20-40 yards consistently.

I'm—sadly—using him as a starter in my 12 team league. If I can win with him there, he should be good enough as a back-up.
