i know neither of these guys is a great choice, but who would you rather have for the rest of the season. keeping in mind, they would only start due to injury or perhaps matchup over welker.
Anthony Armstrong no question a week ago. but with the issues at QB in wash now, i'm a little worried.
Nate Washington i wouldn't have considered a week ago, but first britt goes down, then they add moss to the other side, suddenly washington has a much better situation.
the reason i ask is i have both and i'm trading one away. armstrong would go straight up, but i'd prob have to include something else in the washington deal (likely donald brown).
QB - Sanchez RB - AP, Bradshaw, F Jackson, D Brown, J. Starks, M, Reese, K. Smith WR - Austin, Welker, Wallace, Armstrong, Washington TE - Hernandez K - Folk D/ST- Chiefs
This is a tough one. I can't imagine Shanahan is going to bench McNabb but then again I couldn't imagine benching him in the Lions game with 1:50 left. Who know how long Moss actually stays with the Titans? You need a crystal ball! I would go with Armstrong. Just a gut feeling.
0.5 PPR 14-team league. All TDs are 6. QB - Vick, Tannehill RB - CJ2K, TRich, Pierre Thomas, Redman, lamar miller WR - S Smith (CAR), Demaryius, Hartline, TY Hilton, Hixon TE - Witten, Chandler
I like Anthony Armstrong. I agree with the poster who said Shanahan ain't benching McNabb. No way. Armstrong will have his games. I'd go with Armstrong.
So you have both, but are tading one away, correct. They are both so close, its almost a coin flip. If you have the choice (like you said you might have) to give just one away straight up without having to give up someone else, I would do that deal as opposed to giving up 2 of your players. Who are you trying to get in return?
I like Washington a lot more then Armstrong! Moss is gonna get a lot of coverage which is gonna leave Washington one on one. Washington was a deep threat for Pitt before Wallace was so he could potentially have some long plays
