Trade another RB or stand pat? WHIR

Postby JoshCochran01 » Fri Nov 05, 2010 11:50 am

I had a pretty good draft depth-wise, and lucked out with Arian Foster when he was an unknown, so I'm not playing in a league of idiots or anything.

QB: Rivers, Freeman
RB: Arian Foster, Ray Rice, A. Bradshaw, Thomas Jones, Benjarvus Green-Ellis (FA pickup)
WR: Roddy, Mike Williams (TB), Mike Wallace, J. Knox, Mike Williams (Sea)
TE: Celek, Mercedes Lewis
Def: KC
K: S. Gostkowski

I was offered Greg Jennings for Ahmad Bradshaw and Seattle Mike Williams. I know Bradshaw is a "stud" RB, but I accepted it, because it doesn't affect my starting roster, and I was tired of having multiple guys on the bench that were making my weekly decisions difficult.

So now my WR's are Roddy, Greg Jennings, and TB Mike Williams, with Mike Wallace and Knox on the bench. Should I try to get an even better WR3 by packaging a bench RB/WR, or just stay put?

Leave a link, thanks in advance for any help.

Try shooting for Brandon Marshall. He's probably at his lowest value right now and I have a feeling he's going to take off! Try either Jones or Ellis with Williams from Tampa.

Help?

After the Jennings trade, you're good to go. I wouldn't do anything else; it doesn't get much better than having two elite WR's coupled with two elite RB's.

If you can get Marshall in a package do it. Still, your in good shape. It was a good trade for you. Your looking good, dont make any trades you might regret.

Thanks for the help guys. The guy with Brandon Marshall actually mentioned a trade with me the other day. I asked who he would want in return, and once "Ari.." came out of his mouth, all discussions were closed.

I like TB Mike Williams anyway, and it would be hard to put him on the bench or trade him. Thanks again.
