MJD/Bradshaw or Rice for Rivers?!

I was just offeres one of hist RB studs for my P. Rivers. I'm really thin at RB so there it would give me a big boost. Don't know if trading away Rivers is a bigger loss at QB than a gain at RB...

My Roster:
QB: Rivers, Vick
RB: Foster, Benson, T.Jones, J.Best, R.Torain

We start 2 RBs and three WRs, so no Flex! His Roster:
QB: Palmer, Cutler
RB: Bradshaw, MJD, R.Rice, D.McFadden

He said I could choose one of his RB studs if he gets Rivers. So would you pull the trigger and if yes who would you take?
1pt/25 pass yds, 1pt/10 rsh yds, 4pt/ pass TD, 6pt/ rec or rsh TD, Fumble = -2, INT=-1

Hmmmmm

I'd rather have McFadden in all honesty. His schedule is cake the rest of the way. Rice and Bradshaw don't get goal line carries and MJD is having a down year. Rivers is the best QB fantasy wise so you should get the best talent. I'd go for McFadden.
