What Defense to Plug in and Who to Drop? WHIR

I'm guessing Atlanta is the right call...even though they've had a bad couple of last games, they started the season strong and are coming off a bye and will probably run the ball a lot cutting down on points scored in general. Anyone else have thoughts? I also need to know who to cut...right now I'm leaning towards Eddie Royal, who has been so inconsistent the last few weeks that I can't imagine starting him unless something big with injuries happens (my WR's all have had their byes).

However, I'm also considering Oakland...San Diego could be good and will get a lot of INT opportunities with Houston throwing the ball...not sure where to go. Scoring for Defense is:

Atlanta is a the best safe pick, buffalo could be surprising.

Take Buffalo! Even that bad defenses against chicago this year have scored double digit points. This is the one week to start Buffalo's D and they will easily be a top 10 D this week.
