Who to start? This is a flex play in a non-PPR league...Matthews vs. Detroit and Garcon vs. Philadelphia. Garcon gets so many Peyton Manning looks! Matthews has a good matchup this week!

Also could start Patrick Crayton in favor of either but...I like Crayton's chances vs. Houston better than Garcon or Matthews

FYI Mathews is playing Houston this week, but I'd still probably take him over Garcon. Neither is a great option though.

If it looks like you will win and just need some padding points I would go with mathews, if you need to swing for the fences to pull out a in go with Garcon. Either way I like your chances if this is for a flex position.

It sounds like Austin Collie is a good bet to return, and if he does he will take some looks from Garcon. I'd say Matthews might be the safer bet but I would check on Collie's status. If he doesn't play Sunday, in addition to Anthony Gonzalez looking unlikely to play, Garcon might be seeing a lot of looks.
