Sidney Rice for which of my players?

I feel sidney is worth a shot to pick up. Which player should I drop for him...if any? I picked up Tamme and was keeping Heath just in case he was a 1 trick pony. Was leaning toward heath if anybody. I need to make this move TODAY because I have a low waiver priority.
