QB + Flex Keeper League - Do I trade Brees?

We start 2 quarterbacks and can keep 2 QBs if we use the QB and Flex position in our keepers. It's obviously preferable to keep a skill player in the flex position. Last year I kept Brees and Schaub.

WHO CARES?

My real question is do I trade Brees for Brady and Welker? It's on the table, I get to pull the trigger.
