Okay i have a guy thats offering to trade either Ray Rice or S Jackson. My season is already over so it does not matter to me much this year. We keep one guy. My keeper next year at this point would probably be MJD. Should i consider trading for either Rice or Jackson and if so which one? Its a ppr league so Rice gets the edge there i guess, and he is 5 years younger. Let me know what you think. Thanks guys!!
I had originally thought that i would be all set with MJD for a few more years but this year was really bad. Hes still good but his team is beyond awful. Help me out guys!!

I would find another way to get your team better. How many keepers do you get?
Because even if Rice does a little better than MDJ, it will be minimal and probably not enough of an increase in your overall points to help your team.
Getting FA's before everyone else does (guys like tamme will be a big pickup for the rest of the year for people..or taking some gambles on guys like blount (he hasnt come through yet, but hes worth the gamble)), the WR from buffalo, adrian foster, hillis, etc) and drafting well are my main two ways to better my team. Trades are just happen-stance for me.
So unless you can get Rice straight up for MDJ it might be worth it since he's younger and on a better team, but I would lean towards keeping MDJ and focusing on FA's and drafting
Well yeah i get all that its just this season is already over for me. Its a well big money for me, 250 to get in each year. I won last year and had dominated a few years in a row. I had a doctors apt the day of the draft that i couldnt miss so i drafted from my car and at the doctors office. It was a bad choice and basically screwed the year up for me.
So I guess it comes down to would you rather have Rice or MJD for the next few years. I have a hard time saying MJD. That team is not easily fixed IMO. I dont know i just figured i would throw it out there and see what you guys thought. To be honest I was expecting everyone to tell me to grab Rice. He is 23 years old, on a good team that focuses around running the ball and defense....

I would rather have Rice, especially in a ppr league. The thing with MJD is he used to be a TD machine, but I dont see how the Jags fix their problems anytime soon, and he's probably going to have similar numbers. While Rice isnt getting into the endzone this year, he did bulk up over the offseason, and I'd expect more of that. I think McGahee is in the final year of his contract (correct me if I'm wrong) and I dont see Baltimore picking him up again, which is a bonus in Rice's favor
