Brees, Vick, Rodgers... what order? (WHIR!)

I have combinations involving Vick in every league I play, trying to decide where to start him. Right now I've got him in in place of Brees in one league, but I have Rodgers in over him in another. Thoughts?

I would play both Brees & Rodgers over Vick.
