I was looking to see if this would be enough for me to snag H. Nicks. We start 2 WR, 2 RB and a flex (WR/RB) and have 1 PPR
Trade is M. Lewis (TE) + G. Jennings (WR) for H. Nicks (WR)
My Team WR: Austin, AJ, Jennings, D. Bess TE: M. Lewis, J. Tamme
Her Team WR: Nicks, Maclin, M. Williams (SEA), Moore TE: Heap, Carlson
I was thinking that it'd be a huge upgrade for me in WR but also it helps her with TE depth. I would like to keep Tamme as he is filling in nicely as D. Clark replacement. What do you guys think? Too little for Nicks? Would Tamme be more likely?
yeah, not enough, jennings is down, and lewis perceived value is not any higher than heaps even though it should be. need a rb in that deal with jennings HELP ME viewtopic.php?t=484527
12 Team 4 player keeper no strings. Standard roster/scoring except can start TE at flex QB Stafford, Kaepernick RB Foster, McFadden, SJax, Moreno, B. Tate WR D. Thomas, Nicks, D. Moore, Maclin, A. Brown TE M. Bennett K Jani D Lions, Dolphins
Unless you are talking about one of the top 5 TE's in the game, TE's are basically worthless in trades. Unless you are taking about one of the top 5 TE's then they are way too inconsistant in their scoring and from one week to the next any of about 25 could have a great game and then disappear for 3 or 4 games. Your trade is bascally Jennings for Nicks, would YOU accept that offer for Nicks if you were his owner???
This aint a NYC auto garage, if it aint broke, dont fix it.
12 team redraft: Rivers (Q1), CJ (R1), McFadden (R2), B Wells (R3), Caddy (R4), Forsett (R5), AJ (W1), Fitz (W2), Royal (W3), Sims-Walker (W4), V Jax (W5), V Davis (T1), Kaeding (K1), Jets (D1)
Yeah might not be enough for Nicks. If you offered Tamme it might be a different story as his value seems to be pretty high right now and I perceive it dropping a bit once teams start covering him with a DB instead of a linebacker.
I dont think even with Tamme in there it'd be enough.. Like someone said earlier, unless its bascially Gates, you shouldnt try to throw a TE in a trade as they're so abundant.
