E. Manning for Woodhead... Collusion?

So my league is generally a group of guys who trust each other to make good decisions. We don't have a veto process. One of our teams had Romo go down, and another team member, who happens to be this guys father, traded him Eli Manning for Danny Woodhead a few hours before game time. Is this collusion, and should it be reversed? What are your thoughts? We had another guy offering up the house earlier in the week to get a good QB.

I do have to say that the guy who had Manning has Rodgers also, but still it doesn't seem fair at all to me, especially under the circumstances. We are in a fairly QB heavy league.
