Loaded at WR Need RB who do I trade?

I had a rough start the the season but I've made a run winning 3 straight to make me 4-5 and just outside out 6 player playoffs. I know I need a RB really have a shot even with my recievers giving me 50 a game as they have. I have 5 top 25 receivers at this point in the season

basic yahoo league - 10 yards = 1 point, td = 6, 30 return yards = 1 point
1qb 3 wr 2 rb 1 te 1r/w 1k 1d 5 bench

I have wr - b. lloyd, r. wayne,h. nicks, m. williams(tb), M. Colston
rb - d. williams(car), T. Jones(kc), pierre Thomas, L. Blount, c. Ivory

I was thinking of trading lloyd with a tough rest of the season but who should I target? the person with the most good rbs has tomlinson, ray rice, jamaal charles, and Ronnie Brown. I was thinking charlies was the best bet

should I go for Charlies? should I just stay pat until Thomas and deangelo get back?

Williams has been really unreliable so I think you're probably better off trying to make a deal.

If you can get Ray Rice that's who I would target but you could probably buy lower on Charles.
