to me looks like a fair 3-for-1:
Wayne for Miles, Davis & Blount
... so he suffers downgrade at WR for upgrade at TE & RB
get over yourself and the anger you have that you don't get Wayne and the guy who does is gonna whoop your butt. next time, make your own deal for Wayne.

That's not the point either. It is fair to veto a trade that upgrades one team more than another. It's all about STUDS. Wayne should be dealt for a better combo. I veto.
