Drop Chris Ivory or James Jones for Jacoby Ford..WHIR

Jacoby Ford is available on the waiver wire and he looks to be a good depth WR, kind of like a poor-man's DeSean Jackson. I need to drop either James Jones or Chris Ivory for him. I am leaning towards dropping Jones because he is inconsistance and D. Driver is coming back next week. Any thoughts from the smart guys out there? Shoot me your questions as well.
