Last Resort - What to do

I thought i had a pretty good team, I have outscored every other team in my league (12 team non-ppr 6 points for all TDs start 1qb/2rb/2wr/1te/1k/1dst).
But despite scoring more points than everyone else I am a meagre 3-6, the other teams in my league are 6-3,6-3,6-3,5-3-1,5-4,5-4,5-4,4-5,3-5-1,3-6(me),3-6,2-7.

I have 5 weeks left to make the playoffs (top 4) so pretty much need to win out and have some luck.

Anyone got any tips on how to improve my team:

qb: David Garrard, Josh Freeman, Joe Flacco
rb: Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, Peyton Hillis
wr: Roddy White, Jeremy Maclin, Austin Collie, Jonny Knox
te: Dustin Keller, Aaron Hernandez
k: Mason Crosby (swap kicker based on matchup)
dst: Lions (swap based on matchup)

I did have Tony Romo but injury saw that off
