Thank you for checking out this post. So do I trade Shaub, Green, and Torrain for Orton, Maclin, & Moeki? This is a 12 person ppr league. My team is as follows:
QB: Shaub RB: R. Brown, Hillis, LT WR: Boldin, Calvin Johnson TE: Ben Watson K: Mike Nugent D/ST: Steelers
BN: Steve Smith (Car), Davone Bess, Shonne Green, Ryan Torrain, Donald Brown, Ryan Fitzpatrick.
I really despise Schaub for his efforts the past couple of weeks. I am looking to move him quickly, which is the basis of this deal. I also think it is wise to shore up TE since Watson is not exactly Tier 1. Let me know what you think, thanks.
I think you are both selling Schaub and Greene a little too short. Do you play in an ESPN league? I ask that because one of the articles written there was about how both Schaub and Greene are "buy low" options right now. Moeaki isn't quite a tier 1 TE either

I did not read that ESPN article. Perhaps I am selling a little short, but Shaub has lost me two weeks with his poor play and Orton has not gotten less than 17 points in a week (at least in this ppr league). It'd be great to keep Green as insurance but I'm rolling the dice with this one. Hopefully LT does not get hurt. Then again, this could most certainly back fire on me.
I would not do this in 100 years if I were you. This is how I feel about this... you are getting what you're giving at best, and at worst, you are selling your players low to a guy and losing huge amounts of value. Mark this date on your calender and see if every single guy your trading doesn't out perform what you'd be getting. Hold tight. These guys are good.
