HELP ON KEY TRADE BEFORE TRADE DEADLINE!!!

Aaron Hernandez, Santonio Holmes, and Fred Jackson for Steven Jackson and Dan Carpenter. I already have Gates, Ward, Floyd, and Lloyd at WR and my main TE, but i'm 5-4 in a 12 man league and am not sure if this is a good trade for me or not. I got Mendenhall, Benson, and Turner at backs as well....HELP!!!

I think its more a question of how many RB's you can start....

To take on SJax when you already have those other 3 seems like too much depth. And you'd be losing depth at WR!!
