Deadline deal here. I would get Marshall for Bowe and Ryan. Here is my WR/QB situation as is;

QB: Ryan, Hill/Stafford, Cutler
WR: C. Johnson, Fitz, Bowe, Welker, Mike WIlliams (SEA)

I'd pass on this one.....Marshall has been struggling this season and now a new QB steps in, (Pennington) I also think you need to keep Ryan now, with Stafford pretty much lost for the season.
