Trade Schaub? WHIR

EDIT - other owner says B Jackson "the best of his RB2's" (Jackson, Blount, Lynch). That's probably fair, given PPR scoring. With that in mind, offer Schaub for Blount?

QB - E Manning, M Schaub
RB - A Peterson, A Foster
WR - R White, M Austin, M Floyd, M Thomas, S Rice, M Manningham
TE - J Dreessen
DEF - NYJets
K - D Carpenter

Yes, I know I'm only carrying two RB's. I claimed Derrick Ward off waivers this week as a handcuff to Foster...but then heard about Smith's injury and dropped him for Manningham to plug in this week (yep, I'm benching Miles). Schaub is on the can't cut list, so dropping him for Mario wasn't an option.

The question: I expect D Ward to still be there for me next week on the wire, but in case someone decides to claim him, I want to make a deal for a RB just in case tragedy strikes. Trade deadline tomorrow, so it's now or never. The guy with Rodgers (bye) has B Jackson and Blount on his roster. He also needs a win badly, which gives me an opportunity. I don't think he'd part with Blount for a one-week starter, but I think I can get Jackson from him.

Would you deal Schaub for Brandon Jackson here? Eli is my QB the rest of the way, so I'm looking at matchup plays off waivers if something bad happens. WHIR, thanks!

I would do that trade if I were a Schaub owner. Not only has he been disappointing this season, but his remaining schedule is brutal. Having some RB depth is much more important for your team than having QB depth. I would even consider sweetening the deal with one of your low end WRs to get him or even possibly Blount.

I personally think you should get more for Schaub, QB of a high powered offense.....sure its overkill, with Eli in the fold, but you never know when an injury could strike.
