vick/ravens for vincjax/steelers?

I would be getting the steelers d and vincent jackson and giving vick and ravens d.

I like this trade because i have peyton manning and nowhere to use vick. ravens d has been horrible and id be significantly upgrading. also placing vick into the hands of one of the worst teams in my league so it wont hurt me.
