Ok so I have IMO a pretty stacked team but am only 5-5 and on the outside of playoff contention looking in so I need some help with WR sit/start and RB sit/start

WR- NEED 3

B.Marshall vs. CHI
R.Wayne vs NE
T.Owens vs BUF
D.Bowe vs ARI

RB-NEED 2

A.Foster vs NYJ
F.Gore vs TB
P.Hillis vs JAC

Standard non-ppr yahoo league

Any help would be appreciated

For the WR's I'd sit Marshall. Too many questions at quarterback and not an ideal match up.

For the RB's, you have 3 pretty elite backs. I don't think any combination is bad. I'd think I'd go with Gore undoubtedly. Tampa Bay has one of the worst run defenses. I like Hillis for your second back, J-E-T-S have been allowing an average of under 90 yards rushing per game.

You could consider trading one of the 3 backs, any would likely bring some good value, especially in deeper leagues.
