Went 2-1 while the guy I was tied with went 1-2, so I am in 1st, in the playoffs, 3 weeks until playoffs,
Problem is, I play the guy AGAIN! lol,
Here is what I have,
Starting
Flacco P. Manning J. Charles D. Bowe L. Fitzgerald M. Bryant Ravens D - Chiefs D just got dropped though, which is better as far as Return yards etc?
Now here is the questions
Do I start
BJGE over Brandon Llloyd, Lloyd is going against SD, a solid D from what I understand, BJGE is going against INDY, who can't stop the run, Benson had a solid game and NE ain't cincy and BJGE is better than Benson, I believe.
Do I start A. Hernandez against Indy and run the risk of his sharing with Gronkowski again, or do I start a slumping Gonzalez against St. Louis? I am leaning towards Gonzalez
I have Marshawn Lynch on the bench, but he's a non starter imo.
I also have Steve Johnson on the bench vs Cincy, but who do I sit to play him?? No one in my opinion
and I also have Nate Washington who should be a solid WR but again, who do I sit?
if you can start Steve Johnson, DO IT! He's the reason why Baltimore and Buffalo aren;t closer to the top in overall pass defense. he shredded those defenses. yes, San Diego is a really good pass D and, although Lloyd is very hot right now, San Diego is a team in vry good position right now. I expect a letdown from Denver after that big win, as they are playing AT San Diego...but you can also make the argument that, after notching its first win last week, Buffalo could be due for a letdown. Keep in mind, though, that Steve Johnson has been great through all of the bad games, too...
Have you thought about trading Fitzgerald? His name alone ups his value AND the two great games he had the last two weeks. Or one of those other guys...
I like BJGE this week and I like Gonzalez rather than having to guess on Hernandez...yes, he's slumping, but I have a feeling this might be the week that St. Louis folds up at home after that demoralizing loss to the Niners and Atlanta finally turns in a great performance on the road...a hunch, yes, but an informed one, I think.
