Trade Peyton Manning for Bradshaw (and others)?

This is the last week for trades in my league. I am 4-6, 1 game behind about 5-6 teams who are all fighting for last playoff spot.

I have been offered Ahmad Bradshaw and Kyle Orton for Peyton Manning and BenJarvus Green-Ellis (or for Matt Schaub if I choose).

I have a pretty bad RB situation as you can see below -------

Green-Ellis, B. Jackson, Torain and K. Williams, C. Ivory.....that's it.

Peyton is my only QB.

Should I take this deal? Pass and Rush scoring below

Orton is killing it at the moment, Manning is a God but getting Bradshaw a top 15 RB ontop of Orton.
