Flex Spot And Defense Who to start?

I'm trying to choose my final flex spot. Here are the guys I already have plugged in.

QB - M. Cassel (KC) - FYI I do have T. Smith as an option too
WR - R. Wayne (IND)
RB - R. Rice (BAL)
TE - T. Heap (BAL)
W/R - M. Wallace (PIT)
W/R - R. White (ATL)
W/R - A. Boldin (BAL) or R. Bush (NO) or F. Jackson (BUF)

K - M. Bryant (ATL)

DEF - Miami (vs CHI) or pickup Atlanta (vs @STL)or Kansas City (vs ARI)

Boldin is facing a competent secondary, Bush on paper has a good match-up for a pass catching back, and Jackson will get touches against an average run defense.
