NEED Help, WHIR, Big Ben or Matt Ryan?

I need to pick a QB this week.

I have Big Ben vs. Oak @ Home - Oak has the 2nd rank pass defense
Matt Ryan @ StL

I would go with Ryan and Heap. Heap should go this week from what I red and he has the talent and the QB to be able to put up some solid numbers against a sluggish D vs TE's. sicne the Bye week they have allowed 15+ points in non-ppr leagues with std scoring to TE's with double digit points all 4 weeks. ranked 30th against Te's. as far as ben goes look at his last 5 weeks 23, 25, 9, 13, 32. up and down to say the least no consistency and he goes against a fairly good Oakland D not to mention they have been far less successful defending the run and Mendenhall is a solid back, i would expect them to let him do most of the heavy lifting. Ryan on the other hand has had pretty consistent numbers right around the 20 point range and goes against a d that allowed 22 points to a SF QB who isnt even in the same class. i would look for him to be the safer bet with quite a bit of upside.
