WR and DST Jam WHIR!

Ok, the injury to Steve Smith has put me in a jam at receiver. I need to know who I should start alongside Greg Jennings, either:

Lance Moore vs. SEA
Pierre Garcon vs. NE
or Danny Amendola vs. ATL (best WR on waiver wire, so if him, pick one to drop from above to).

Meanwhile, I don't know what to do at DST. I have Atlanta currently @ STL but here are my other options on waiver wire:

San Diego vs. DEN
Dallas vs. DET
Cincinnati vs. BUF

I personally like Atlanta's matchup, so I suggest you keep them. As for receiver, I guess I'd go with Garcon assuming he's finally healthy again, I haven't been watching him lately. Lance Moore is enticing but I think the Saints get up early and essentially just run the clock out.
