Anyways, do I dare bench Andre Johnson if he's traveling to Revis Island and the fact that I do have solid options behind him?

I'd say yes and start Jennings or Jackson.

Rodgers is giving Jennings lots of looks and passes and he's been producing real well for me all year.

With Vick rising up as he is and just airing that ball Jackson is a good bet for points as long as Vick stays on his current course.

I'd say Jennings on the safe side of things though.

Dude, I played Calvin Johnson against the Island two weeks ago and despite Megatron having a 6" height advantage, Revis still shut him down. Hamstring is fine. Stay off the island at all costs, especially with the wealth of options you have.
