DeSean, Fitzgerald and Harvin.
It's tough to bench Manningham, and Holmes in that matchup, but you have an excess of talent at WR causing a bit of logjaam.

I would go with
Fitzgerald
jackson
and
Edwards.

Normally with all the receiving options the Jets have, I wouldn't say Edwards, but look at Houston's defense: They give up more yards a game than any other NFL team (301 yds per game). there will be many receiving yards to spread amongst Edwards, Holmes, Cotchery, Keller, and Tomlinson. Also, when he gets a number of opportunities, as he will today, he usually breaks one for a score.
