PPR TE Lewis or Hernandez

So Hernandez had a bad game due to scheme. Against Cleveland two games ago he had two TD's. So should I roll with Hernandez home vs. Indy or M. Lewis home vs. Cleveland. Again... Hernandez vs. Cleveland was good for 21 points in PPR 5-58-2. Can Lewis get tose stats?
