First trade easily. You upgrade on WR and you get a serviceable RB1 and also Thomas could play a fine RB3 which is what you are looking for. You get a TE that if he's back, he puts up numbers. You are losing the best player but you are getting a lot in return so I think you should do it.

This would give you amazing position upgrades and solid depth which would make you puncture proof for playoffs. Pull the trigger on this one man. I would also suggest that you go with Dez over Johnson. Just because Kitna throws for so much and is going to be playing from behind every week, whereas the Bills still have a slight running game and are learning to pace themselves more.
