Which QB should I drop? WHIR

Postby Balcatim » Tue Nov 23, 2010 2:25 am

Here's my roster(starters in bold):

12 Team League (QB/2 RB/FLEX/2 WR/TE/K/D)
Standard ESPN H2H Scoring, 3 Keepers
QB: Matt Ryan, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Shaun Hill
RB: Adrian Peterson, Steven Jackson, Peyton Hillis, Michael Bush, Keiland Williams
WR: Reggie Wayne, Brandon Lloyd, Percy Harvin, James Jones
TE: Antonio Gates, Randy McMichael
K: Sebastian Janikowski
DEF: Jets

I don't think I need to rotate between 3 QBs the rest of the way so I'd like to drop one of them to pick up another WR or unfortunately another TE with Gates' injury. Which QB between Fitzpatrick and Hill would you rather have as a backup the rest of the way?

Hey I really appreciate all the help you have given me on mine! I just posted a new counter that I hope you can comment on:

For yours, I need to know first off are you arleady in the playoffs or are you fighting?

If you're in, you should keep Fitz. Even though he has some bad matchups coming up, weeks 14 and 15 look good for him in playoffs. He has higher upside. If you are still fighthing, you ahve to go with hill, as he has IMO a nicer schedule coming up, and no poor weather games in the future, although naturally he lacks the higher upside of Fitz. I hope this makes sense.!

I think I'd stick with Hill as a backup - seems like they are always fighting for a win and the potential of bad weather limiting the passing game in NY.

I just suffered a tough loss to put me at 5-4. I need one win to guarantee a playoff spot. I'm still unsure of what to do. Anyone else?

I would stick with Fitz Patrick as back up, I'd say he is a bit more consistent which is what I look for in players.

help?
