***Pick 1 WR***

Postby gersh71 » Tue Nov 23, 2010 11:06 am

I currently own Cal Johnson, Nicks(Out 3 wks) and B. Marshall(Horrible qb sit.) I need to pick up a WR to use the rest of the way, because Marshall has been riding pine. Who would u grab? Not ppr. Meacham(N.O.) Santonio Holmes(Jets) Burleson(Det.) Leaning Holmes. What do u think? WHIR. ;-D

Holmes with out a doubt. He's the most talented and has been getting better and more involved with the offense each week since joining the team after his suspension. Sanchez trusts him more every week and with 2 game winning TDs he's got to be the favorite target. Burelson only seems to have good games when Calvin is shut down which isn't often. I would stay away from Meacham the most. That offense spreads the ball too much to justify counting on anyone but Colston. I own colston and it has been a headache. Meacham can get you 15 points on any given day but also leave you with 2-3. That type of inconsistency can't be counted on during important playoff games or games that you need to get into the playoffs.

Holmes. Jets are now passing a lot and he's the best of those listed.

Holmes for sure. Keep an eye on the injury reports, but Nicks had compartment syndrome. He is, IMHO, done for the year.

holmes. - I'd check the match-ups to see if N.O. is playing weak def. or the NYJ play weak run def. - but if not glaring issues there, holmes.
