TE Waiver: Boss, Gronkski, H Miller or Olsen?

I lost Gates (apparently). Who would you grab off the waiver from those choices? I neeeeed your help please.

I like Boss the most. With Ni ks and Smith out the next few weeks Manning will be forced to throw it his way. And I'm almost confident that his redzone targets will increase. His value want be as high around week 14-16, but you should have Gates back by then
