Moreno+Stevie Johnson for CJ2k?

My league's trade deadline is tomorrow. I have been offered Chris Johnson for Moreno + Steve Johnson. Do I pull the trigger? Here's my lineup:

QB: Peyton Manning, Eli Manning
RB: Gore, J. Charles, Moreno, Portis, Lynch
WR: Roddy White, TO, VJax, Steve Johnson, Mike Williams (SEA)
TE: Tamme, Vernon Davis
D/ST: Titans
K: Crosby

What do you think? I feel like my team is pretty stacked as it is, and with VJax coming back, I can afford to offer Steve Johnson. And obviously CJ is a big upgrade over Moreno at my flex position. I'm #1 in our league but want to solidify my roster for the playoffs. I'm just a little concerned with CJ though, and I'm afraid the QB situation might hurt his production. BUT he does have a really easy playoff schedule coming up....help me out.
