Vick trade in keeper league

Trying to get a nice running back to add to my flex spot. Thinking about picking up mcfadden or lesean mccoy. Would I be winning this trade? Mcfadden has a sweet playoff and he migt be easier to get. If not I have a guy in my league that already said he would trade any wide receiver to me for vick. The two that interest me are Boldin or vincent jackson. The only problem with that is my main qb is Rivers. Any suggestions, trade deadline tomorrow at noon? I am not trading Rivers. I think he is far more consistent and way less injury prone then vick.
