Depends. What are your league's particulars (i.e. teams, bench size, ppr or not, starting requirements, etc.)? At this point I wouldn't give up on him in many formats with Portis on IR and Torain still in pretty bad shape, but I'll gladly weigh in more when I have more information ;-D
