To me you are getting a bunch of crap, M. Williams and a higher draft pick. You have to give up Britt and a lower draft pick. I would say go for it, I think that if Williams can stay healthy and keep his head straight in Seattle he can be huge in a ppr league and could be a better wr than Britt. Right now Tennessee is a hot mess, they will have coaching questions in the off season or will have a new qb in the off season. I'd say go for it. Good luck.
