Depends on intent.

Churning to screw another owner, no.
Churning to better your own team, yes.

Screwing another owner DOES help your team out. ;)

I'm guessing he means picking up player A from the WW, then, in the same week, dropping player A and picking up player B because for some reason player B now looks like the better option. I assume that's what he means, but IMO that doesn't fit the definition of "churning" because the intent in picking up and dropping the same player in the same week is focused on making your own team better rather than keeping that picked up/dropped player off another roster (even if that's the result).

Our league has a limit on transactions in the season. there's been no discussion of whether churning is illegal (haven't seen it myself), but the limited WW pickups in a season are too valuable to waste them churning.

well, I'm out of the playoffs, and still stashing the best players I can on my roster....I feel like it taints the game if I don't try my hardest to win.



...plus, I'm with all the butter guys. It's yummy! ;-D
