Need opinion on starters - must win to make playoffs!

Standard scoring, non-PPR. Bolded are the people I have starting....I would just like opinions on if I'm making any plays I should reconsider/change. I have to win this week to make the playoffs.

QB: Rivers, Garrard
WR: Manningham, Santonio Holmes, Knox, Nate Washington, Braylond Edwards, Steve Smith (still inactive)
RB: Bradshaw, Jackson, LT
TE: Gates, Heap
K: Bryant
Def: Chicago

My biggest concern is at TE. Gates makes me nervous, and Todd has been solid for most of the season. My opponent alreayd had DeSean Jackson play tonight, so he's at 8 points currently.

Thoughts? Thanks for any feedback, I'd be more than willing to help anyone else out with opinions if it is needed.

Gates doesn't look healthy for this game. Do you have anyone you can pick up? Heap isn't a bad option.
