Given your options, I'd probably lock in Welker. He finally seems to be getting healthy and should be a consistent option even with the tough matchup. Of the other three, I don't know how you can sit Obomanu if Mike Williams is once again inactive. If Williams is in, go with Danario, as Arizona is a cake matchup and he's a high upside play. Boldin has really disappeared of late and I couldn't use him against such a tough D as Pittsburgh.
