Ok, I need a big week. I got Carson Palmer vs New Orleans who has a top ranked pass defense, only allowed 2 or 3 QB's to throw for over 230 yards this season. Or I got Matt Hasselbeck vs. Carolina who boasts the 7th ranked pass defense. They have only allowed 1 QB(Flacco) to throw for over 300 yards all season. Please help me out! Thanks!

i would go with Palmer. i know he is going against a fairly solid D but Settle against carolina has the chance to get ahead and then run against an aweful D. Where as with palmer he has a lot of talent around him and he will probably be behind therefore he will have to stick with the pass all game rather being able to rely on the run game to keep them in it. he has the chance to put up better numbers in my opinion than Hasselbeck

I think I'd go with Hasselbeck, I know the pain of having Palmer this year as he's my occasional starter (unfortunately I've had two QBs go out with injury this year). I just don't trust Palmer at all, and he's been playing worse as of late, coupled with the fact that NO has been playing very good pass defense - I also sense that Cincy's players are quitting which always spells disaster for fantasy stats.

LoL! One for Palmer and one for Hasselbeck and you both make good points. Anyone else to tip the scales in one direction??

None whatsoever. I picked up Hasselbeck, he was best out there. 12 team league with deep benches.
