Need Help at FLEX, non PPR

I have 5 options for my RB/WR FLEX
Fred Jackson, Keiland Williams, LeGarrette Blount, Joseph Addai and Michael Crabtree.
I'm pretty much eliminating Addai since he is still Ques.
And I think I'm really deciding between Jackson and Crabtree.
Jackson is going against a pretty solid D, however, he did get me 20+ points last week against the Steelers!
Crabtree hasnt really produced all that well, but with Gore down, they are going to have to get it done thru the air and he's pretty much the stud on the team now.
Any body have any input.
Also TE, I think I'm going with Boss, but I have Cooley and Boss. Any suggestions on that?

dont really have my finger on the pulse of non ppr leagues as all 3 of my leagues are ppr at least a half point. but ..

Like you said Fred Jackson got you twenty last week against the Steelers I think you have to roll with him over the other choices. I dont love Fred this week , im contemplating starting bradshaw over him but that being said i like him more than Crabtree.

Love Boss ! all the receivers out , he had a nice TD last week and i think Eli is gonna look for him on Sunday.
