Would Like to Pick up a RB for the Playoff Run!

This player likely won't touch my lineup considering the RBs I do own, but I'd like to pick one up to keep someone else from picking them up to use against me (assuming they sometime become healthy enough to contribute).

The three available choices on the WW are:
Best, DET
Matthews, SD
Thomas, NO

I'd likely drop Steve Smith (NYG) since he won't be back before next week at the earliest, and may be on a snap count for the rest of the season.

I think PT could help you the most, but I wouldn't give up on Smith for him as neither will likely help much before week 14-15. That said, I think Best is utterly worthless at this point and Matthews is not far behind...

Having a similar thought. Best seemed to show some life this weekend, but so did long-time sleeper James Starks (GB). I'm looking at picking both of them up, though on separate teams. I'll be dropping Brandon Jackson for one of them most likely. Or maybe Anthony Dixon. I like Starks upside going forward, but if you're set on Best, keep an eye on his turf toe for any more flare ups.

I would rank them
Pierre - Could do pretty good in the playoffs when he is back
Best - Could put up decent numbers
Mathews - Not this year! no way w/ Tolbert and Sproles going strong now

mine if you can viewtopic.php?f=18&t=487518

But I wouldn't drop Smith if you don't need any of those RBs right now
